Current projects

WKU is currently working on some 50 planning and implementation projects; below a short list of ongoing projects: 

• renewal work on the biogas plant in Vienna and expansion of the plant capacity
• optimizationsat the waste logistics center (baler, exhaust air)
• new construction of team accommodation in Simmering
• recycling of secondary raw materials from residual waste
• new construction and adaptation of recycling centres: Aspern, Stadlau, Favoriten, Ottakring
• reconstruction of the brine plant at Percostraße
