The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR, Telecommunication Act (TKG 2003). In the following we inform you on the most important aspects of data processing when you visit our website.

If you contact us via the form on the website or by e-mail, we will store your data for the purpose of processing the request and for any follow-up questions arising in context with the process of your request.

The processing of personal data of our customers and suppliers within our EDP systems is necessary to process and complete your order.

The following data are processed for order processing within our EDP systems:

• surname
• first name
• address
• email address
• telephone

As part of the completion of your order (delivery and assembly), WKU will forward your name, address and telephone number to hauliers and suppliers where necessary.

Apart from any legal provisions for the storage of personal data in the context of the offer, order and invoicing, WKU will store your data for a period of six months in case of non-assignment.

In principle, you have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and opposition. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or if your data protection claims have otherwise been violated, you may complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
